MEADOW WALK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
February 21, 2007, 7:00 PM at 1005 Meadow Breeze Lane (Emergency Meeting)

Directors Present: Joe Stewart, Chaz Allen, Diane Treharne, Betsy Dane, Eddie Martin

Joe Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.
This was an Emergency meeting called to address some pressing issues concerning the community. The first item discussed was contacting the police again reguarding speeding and the placing of a speed indicator inside of Meadow Walk proper. No parking signs will be placed at the entrance areas "small ones " Ben Hilton said he would have someone from his workplace do this. A general and lively discussion was then held amongst all attendees regarding a variety of issues too numerous to mention here.

Chaz Allen conducted a demo of a new on-line accounting package that was discussed and approved, Betsy will be forwarding info to Chaz so he can start entering the info and have statements ready for next meeting Mar 21. Before the next meeting the transfering of treasurer duties, signing cards etc., will be done from Betsy Dane to Chaz Allen.

The outside Wall, Joe Stewart will turn over the papers (guarantee) we have with Porter Paints so Diane can look into it. The entrance is looking much better. There will be no watering on Tuesday nights because they cut the grass on Wednesday.

All communication from the board to all residents should be approved by the president and/or secretary before distribution to residents??

Residents have indicated that they want a more positive flavor to the meetings and possibly some social functions. It was also suggested we get another newsletter out in paper and post it to the web site as well.
