MEADOW WALK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
December 20th, 2006, 7:00 PM at the Fruitville Library

Directors Present: Joe Stewart, Betsy Dane, Eddie Martin, Diane Treharne
Joe Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM. All Directors except for Andrea DelSanto were present.

Betsy Dane, Secretary/Treasurer, confirmed that 33 homeowners being represented in person or by proxy, a quorum existed.

Homeowners present in person: Martin (1); Donaldson (2/3); Stewart (6); Dane (22); Allen (31); Morrison (48); Treharne (55); Ward (60/61).

Homeowners present by proxy: Ridenour(5); Diner (7); Beal (8); McCarville (12); Mooney (13); Bickel (17); Johnson (18); Hyman (19); Braune (20); Fosser (21); Grissom (23); Dodge (24);Shableski (27); Evans (28); Hilton (32); Meadows/Scheibe (37); Walsh (38); Detra (41); Evans (47); Marschall (52); Massa (53); Gills (57); Born (62); Finlay (66); DelSanto (67).

Betsy Dane read the minutes from the December 9, 2005 Annual Meeting which were approved unanimously, with the exception of the location, which was not at the library but, rather, at the Martin home. Additionally, the 2007 budget was presented. Based upon the anticipated expenses for the coming year, a maintenance fee of $50/year increase was recommended. The budget and $450/year fee were approved unanimously.

Prior to the election, Diane Treharne gave a brief summary of the wetlands status – essentially, we will need more plantings along the buffer which has been mowed for years in error. The wetlands are now the proper size and in the proper state. However, the drought and tilapia caused a situation where some mitigation may be required in the Spring.

The terms of Joe Stewart, Betsy Dane and Andrea DelSanto have expired, leaving three vacant seats on the Board of Directors. Joe thanked all Board Members for their efforts on behalf of the community. There were three candidates to fill the positions, and, with no other nominations forthcoming, the election was held and Joe Stewart, Betsy Dane and Chaz Allen were elected to the Board of Directors.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:01 PM.

MEADOW WALK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Wednesday, December 20th, 2006.

The meeting was called to order at 8:05 PM. The sole purpose of the meeting was to establish the officers of the Board for the coming year. They are as follows:

Diane Treharne, Vice President
Betsy Dane, Secretary/Treasurer
Eddie Martin, Director of Grounds and Maintenance
Chaz Allen, Director

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
