MEADOW WALK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Thursday April 4, 2002, Fruitville Library

John Finlay called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. All members of the Committee were present.

Cliff Cross motioned to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2002 meeting.. seconded by Eddie Martin with all member is favor.

No old Business

New Business:
Swimming pool request from Mr. Bob Dodge, 7381 Deer Crossing Ct, Lot #24.

Cliff Cross made the following motion : Any approval that is rendered by the Modification Committee will be valid for a 90 day period during which time said project must commence.. or the homeowner must re-apply for Committee approval.

Motion was seconded by Eddie Martin- all members in favor

Rebecca Swan made a motion: To approve swimming pool request by Mr. Bob Dodge as submitted provided it is in compliance with local county guidelines/code and the restrictions of The Meadow Walk Homeowners Association.

The Motion was seconded by Cliff Cross- all members in favor

Cliff Cross made a motion to adjourn meeting. seconded by Kurt Richter- all members in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm
